Client Shout Out: Bushmills Irish Whiskey Brings Single Malts to Supper

Last month, team Clearbox took their passion for Bushmills Irish whiskey to Comber to help launch the first Bushmills Single Malts Supper Clubs, alongside renowned chef, Will Brown at artisan delicatessen, Indie Füde. Nestled in the heart of Comber, we brought together an exclusive dining experience that highlighted the very best in Northern Irish flavour.

Three Single Malts Supper Club events were held across three consecutive evenings for an enthusiastic group of whiskey lovers. On the first night we hosted bartenders and members of the hospitality sector, followed by an exclusive media event and lastly, a night that saw members of the general public soaking up the experience.

Each evening, guests enjoyed an intimate and in-depth tasting of the 10, 16 and 21 Year Old Bushmills Single Malts, led by the Bushmills Brand Ambassador, Lauren McMullan, while Will curated a bespoke four course supper to expertly complement the whiskeys’ distinct characteristics. Guests also got a glimpse into the bartending genius of Anthony Farrell, a.k.a Soda, and his delicious Irish Daiquiri cocktail and perfect Bushmills Irish Coffee.

Known for his dedication to sourcing locally and love for foraging freshly grown, seasonal produce, Chef Will Brown, took inspiration from the whiskeys to create an indulgent and imaginative menu. From whiskey-cured Glenarm Salmon with locally foraged coastal greens to a whiskey and chocolate crémeux with malt ice cream and caramel, each course told a story, and was perfectly designed to delight taste-buds as guests sampled the Bushmills Single Malts range.

The results? A full house with guests raving about the experience as they left each evening, 22 pieces of press coverage and a reach of 5.8 million.
