What are you doing on the wall?
I have my arms crossed which is a pose from my Facebook profile picture and what I do quite often. I'm also saying 'Big Pump' as it is something I always say to keep myself and my clients motivated at our personal training sessions!
What would your specialist subject on Mastermind be?
Well, it has to be anything related to sport. I have a sports science degree and work as both a personal trainer and a fitness advisor within the Fire Service.
What's on your playlist right now?
I love music by Calvin Harris, Avicii and David Guetta. I used to work as a support worker in Spain at an electronic festival, so luckily I have seen them all live!
Binge-watching anything at the moment?
I rarely have time to sit down and watch TV. When I finally get home from work, I eat my dinner and go straight to bed.
What couldn't you live without?
It would definitely have to be going to the gym and playing sports.
What's your favourite food?
Ohhh, if I'm having a cheat day it would have to be pizza, ice-cream and my all time favourite - Haribo sweets. However when I try to eat healthily throughout the week, my go-to meal has to be brown rice, chicken and broccoli.
Whats keeps you awake at night?
Working in the Fire Service, I can be woken at any time throughout the night for a fire-call emergency. So I have to keep a beeper alarm by my bedside each night.
What makes you go to sleep?
Every night when I arrive home from work and training in the gym, I am already exhausted so it's very easy for me to fall asleep!
Finally, what's the best thing about Clearbox?
The best thing has to be the team. I'm the personal trainer for most of the team, so I know the guys very well! They have got a bit slack in 2016, though…
